I remember eating nothing but rice cakes, then living off less than 500cals a day. When I hit my teens, I then enrolled in one extreme diet after another. I grew up chubby and was bullied because of the way I looked at school. I’ve always been a bigger girl than all my friends. Even if I only help 1 person that will satisfy me. My childhood wasn't a happy one to say the least. I have always been considered overweight ever since I was a child.
